Three apps, one system. Here's the non-technical version of how the pieces connect — and where the lines between them are.
The walk
aoshq is the hub. It's the operating system for your desk — tasks, contacts (CRM), and notes — and it's where the work actually runs.
cphq, the deal pipeline, runs on its own server. aoshq renders that pipeline live, so the deals sit right next to the rest of your work instead of in a separate tool.
aosmail brings every account into one inbox, wired into the same system — client and deal comms aren't a separate island.
Where the lines are
Each app is its own program with its own data. This site only presents them — with everything sensitive scrubbed — and never touches their real data. And they're still taking shape: this is the goal and the current state, not a finished product.
