Deal Pipeline

cphq

The private-equity deal pipeline — sourcing, screening, and diligence, run by AI agents end to end.

cphq takes a deal from first contact to a go / no-go call. Materials come in; agents screen each opportunity against the thesis, build the model, and draft the offer or the pass — with a person approving every consequential step.

A new deal lands in the pipeline — sourced, deduped, and waiting for a first look. One click screens it against the thesis — a written go / no-go, with the rationale. On a go, agents build the model and tune the structure toward a target return. Out comes a draft offer letter and teaser — for a person to review before anything sends.

Screening

Each deal is scored against an investment thesis — size band, hard exclusions, company and industry scorecards — into a binary go / no-go with a written rationale.

Diligence & modeling

For deals that pass, agents build the financial model, tune the capital structure toward a target return, and draft the offer letter and an investor teaser.

Human in the loop

Nothing goes out without review. The system drafts and recommends; a person makes every consequential call.
